The unit sides and top are covered with rigid translucent plastic. A tight seal is maintained against the sides and top of the trailer body through spring-like fiberglass stays built into the side and top curtains as well as a foam bead at the leading edges.

RTS1000 Highlights

Heavy-duty treated wood frame covered with translucent fiberglass (top and side frames) to allow natural light into the dock area.
18" overall projection.
Coated polymer fabric face curtains have foam bead on inside edge which conforms to trailer for better seal.
Raked header prevents water collection on top.
Wear caps with guide stripe on bottom corners of face curtains absorbs impact of lower trailer.
Wind cord prevents head curtain from blowing out of position.
Angle trim secures face and header curtains to shelter frame.
Foam-filled draft pads inside lower comers prevent air from entering; NO STEP safety logo permanently affixed.
Heavy-duty bumper guards support frame and provide protection from incoming vehicles.

Optional Upgrades

Tapered Verticals: to accommodate sloped driveways.
Flat Header: for enclosed dock applications.
Common-member Unit: for door openings too close together to accommodate two individual shelters.
False Header: for extra high doors.
