Maintained tilt Extends Dock Leveler Life

Dock levelers from Blue Giant with Maintained tilt allow for smooth forklift entry and exit during loading and unloading, compensating for truck and/or trailer canting of 4”. Dock leveler lip maintains a constant flush and level contact, during fork truck entry and exit from truck/trailer. Rear hinge allows for a smooth level exit and entry into building during loading and unloading. Maintained tilt reduces point loading on the dock leveler lip, reducing the possiblity of bent lips and prevents forklift steering and tire damage.
