Superbly crafted in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this next generation of loading docks is improved. Innovative robotic welding techniques have been employed for structural integrity and uniform quality. In an industry-first, Blue Giant dock levelers will feature a premium powder coat finish as standard, providing unrivaled durability.

Strategically welded enhanced J-beams provide an exceptional level of structural sturdiness, improving product lifetime. Hydraulic deck and lip cylinders increase operating efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements, resulting in a significantly lower cost of ownership compared to mechanical units. Optional independent lip control is available for all models, decreasing both cycle time and energy use (Blue Genius™ Touch Control Panel required).
