Electronic delivery of communications

By signing up for a bluegiant.com member account, you agree and consent to receive electronically all communications that we provide in connection with your member account ("Account") and your use of our member services. Communications include:

  • Newsletters
  • Product news releases
  • Limited-time product sales specials
  • Informational pieces (i.e. white papers relevant to the loading dock industry)

We will provide these communications to you by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your member profile.

How to withdraw your consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at marketing@bluegiant.com. If you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, Blue Giant reserves the right to restrict, deactivate, or close your Account.

Updating your contact information

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that Blue Giant can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if Blue Giant sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, or it has been blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, Blue Giant will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.

You can update your primary email address at any time by logging into the Blue Giant website, going to "My Account", and selecting the "Personal Settings" tab. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by Blue Giant are returned, Blue Giant may deem your Account to be inactive, and you will not be able to use your Account until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
