Overview

The Blue Giant Air-Powered Dock Leveler operates safely and efficiently under the toughest conditions: temperature extremes, heavy operations, and exposure to caustic substances.

Uses the industry-accepted total load class standard ANSI MH30.1 for ease of weight calculations and usage.

THE POWER OF AIR

Air-Powered performance is activated by a single push button control station, requiring no bending or pulling on the part of the operator. The blower motor inflates a two-stage airbag via high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP). After releasing the button, the bag deflates, setting the platform on the trailer bed. This air lifting system is an environmentally-friendly alternative to oil-powered hydraulics. A redesigned lip operation system provides positive powered deployment and automatic release when lowering on trailer bed or storing in parked position.
