Overview

The HingeMaster™ is engineered for superior sealing, accommodating 10' wide x 10.5' high door openings. Its innovative J-Hook solution addresses the common issue with swing open trailer doors, where door hinge gaps create openings equivalent to 2.5 square feet in the building wall. The J-hooks effectively seal these gaps, blocking dust, pests and other contaminants from entering the building, while conserving conditioned air.

Designed to handle the impact of misaligned trucks, HingeMaster™ side frames retract on impact, preserving the integrity of the unit while providing unobstructed access to the trailer interior. Foam side frames add flexibility, maximizing the quality of the seal and ensuring long-lasting performance even in high-traffic environments.

  • Curtains are made from TearResist™ Vinyl and include fiberglass supports which complete the seal and maintain continual pressure against the trailer.
