The Solution
Levitt Safety’s loading docks were upgraded with six new Blue Giant Adjustable Head Curtain Dock Seals (BG200). 99% memory foam for a snug, energy-efficient seal between the trailer and the building.
Full-width weighted head curtain that conforms to varying trailer heights.
Sloped head curtain design to prevent water buildup and ensure proper drainage.
Velcro split head curtain, allowing adjustments even after the truck has docked.
Beyond the product upgrade, Northern Dock Systems also worked with Levitt Safety’s local utility provider to secure a one-time energy rebate that covered 100% of the project costs—making the transition to new dock seals completely cost-free for the company.
