Overview

The BGS-LI Powered Walkie Stackers combine proven material handling performance with next-generation lithium-ion technology to deliver reliable productivity in demanding warehouse, storage, production, and distribution environments. Available in three models — BGS-25-LI, BGS-30-LI, and BGS-40-LI — with capacities of 2,500 lb (1,136 kg), 3,000 lb (1,364 kg), and 4,000 lb (1,818 kg), respectively, the BGS-LI series gives operators the performance and versatility to efficiently transport, stack, and position loads.

Designed for maneuverability in increasingly tight warehouse and production environments, the BGS-LI series Straddle Stacker combines a compact design with responsive travel performance and precise, proportional hydraulic controls. Class-leading lift performance helps speed stacking cycles, while creep speed control and smooth acceleration give operators greater control when maneuvering in confined spaces.

Featuring a standard lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, 24V AC drive motor, programmable performance modes, and an intuitive LCD operator display, the BGS-LI is engineered to maximize productivity while reducing maintenance requirements.

With lift heights ranging from 100" – 187", the BGS-LI series delivers dependable load handling, precise positioning, and the visibility and control operators need to work confidently in warehouses, racked aisles, and other demanding material handling environments.
