As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread around the globe, employers and employees need to take measures to prevent further spread.   

EFFECTIVE MARCH 23, 2020 the following measures will be implemented:

  • SHIPPING AND RECEIVING will be by appointment only – Drivers will need to call logistics to enter the yard and be directed accordingly. 
  • AFTERMARKET COUNTER area will be closed and move to a by appointment only curbside pick up approach
  • Upon arrival by the customer technician please call - 905.457.3900 ext. 5418 or email shipping@bluegiant.com and the Aftermarket associate will locate the order and instruct the technician to enter the gated parts pick up area at the shipping dock or ramp for pick up.  
  • Customers are encouraged to call ahead to place orders and orders will be picked and ready. 
  • All associates and customers are requested to maintain the suggested social distancing precautions of 2 meters (6 feet) of personal space.
  • Note also that Blue Giant accepts contactless payment methods such as credit card, credit authorization form, or account terms, CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.
  • For the protection of customers and associates washrooms will be off limits to customers.

These are precautionary measures taken to prevent the spread of the COVID -19 virus.  At Blue Giant we will continue to monitor events as they develop and quickly respond to the shifting conditions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
