Account Manager - Sales (BG Solutions)

Establish new and maintain customer relationships for both equipment and service sales.

Resposibilities:
  • Establish new customer relationships for both equipment and service sales in designated territory
  • Grow current and existing relationships with accounts
  • Promote Blue Giant offering of Loading Dock, Overhead Doors, High Speed Doors, Industrial Trucks, Aftermarket Accessory, and other products as may be adopted by Blue Giant Solutions
  • Promote Service Planned Maintenance Agreements including renewal to existing customer in designated territory
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from all avenues – eg. marketing, corporate Nation CARE, service request  in a timely manner
  • Attend all required and relevant (as determined by Management) training sessions, coaching sessions and meetings
  • Abide by all relevant procedures and scheduling / recording of daily activities as prescribed by Management including Microsoft outlook calendar and /or Customer Relationship Management (CRM-Salesforce)
  • Complete all required paperwork for quotation submission, review, approval and logging
  • Follow up on all quotations, updating and submitting updates to Sales Funnel / Activity (Hot Lists) to Management on a weekly basis
  • Complete and forward all Order processing paperwork (Application Surveys (where required), Sales orders; Work orders; Shop Drawings, Scope of Work, and other documents as may be prescribed by management due to product nature or to reduce errors)
  • Follow up with customer after sale – orientation training  and sign off with customer to ensure satisfaction; explain and complete warranty registration with customer 
  • Constant communication, both verbal and written, with all internal and external customers
  • Represent Blue Giant / Blue Giant Solutions and manufacturer’s products in a professional and courteous manner
  • Other duties as required
